Pyrolysis Technology

Unlocking Sustainable Solutions

In-Depth Explanation

Pyrolysis technology represents a groundbreaking solution to the global plastic waste crisis. This advanced process involves the thermal decomposition of hard-to-recycle plastic waste in the absence of oxygen, leading to the generation of valuable resources.

DEPOLYMERIZATION PROCESS
"Hard-to-recycle" plastic waste is introduced into the system, where it undergoes a controlled depolymerization process. The absence of oxygen ensures the waste is transformed through thermal decomposition.

RESOURCE GENERATION
The Pyrolysis process yields three primary resources - Pyrolysis Oil, Syngas, and Carbon Char. Each of these resources holds significant potential for various industrial applications:

  • Pyrolysis Oil will be sold to the petrochemical sector as a feedstock for the creation of new recyclable plastics.

  • Syngas will be used to power our plant continuously with surplus gas generating electricity to be sold back into the grid.

  • Carbon Char will be used for combustion for heat and power, soil amendment, or further upcycling.
