Pyrolysis Technology
Unlocking Sustainable Solutions
In-Depth Explanation
Pyrolysis technology represents a groundbreaking solution to the global plastic waste crisis. This advanced process involves the thermal decomposition of hard-to-recycle plastic waste in the absence of oxygen, leading to the generation of valuable resources.
DEPOLYMERIZATION PROCESS
"Hard-to-recycle" plastic waste is introduced into the system, where it undergoes a controlled depolymerization process. The absence of oxygen ensures the waste is transformed through thermal decomposition.
RESOURCE GENERATION
The Pyrolysis process yields three primary resources - Pyrolysis Oil, Syngas, and Carbon Char. Each of these resources holds significant potential for various industrial applications:
Pyrolysis Oil will be sold to the petrochemical sector as a feedstock for the creation of new recyclable plastics.
Syngas will be used to power our plant continuously with surplus gas generating electricity to be sold back into the grid.
Carbon Char will be used for combustion for heat and power, soil amendment, or further upcycling.
